In die app

  1. Maak Blokaspaai oop en gaan na Instellings (die rat-ikoon).
  2. Tik Verwyder my rekening.
  3. Lees wat verlore gaan en tik Ek verstaan.
  4. Tik jou naam soos dit in Instellings staan, en tik Verwyder.

Jou rekening en data word dadelik verwyder. Dit kan nie ontdoen word nie.

Sonder die app

Skryf vir ons by info@blokaspaai.com met die onderwerp "Verwyder my rekening". Sluit jou speler-ID in (Instellings → Speler-ID). Ons verwyder jou rekening binne 30 dae en laat weet jou wanneer dit gedoen is. Sonder 'n speler-ID of gekoppelde aanmelding (Game Center, Google Play Games of 'n Unity-rekening) kan ons nie 'n gasrekening aan jou koppel nie, en dit bevat ook geen inligting wat jou identifiseer nie.

Wat verwyder word

Jou naam, speler-ID en aanmelding, jou vordering in elke blokraai, jou blokkies (ook gekoopte blokkies) en blokkie-geskiedenis, jou boeke en jou analise-data.

Wat ons hou

'n Rekord van elke aankoop, wat verhoed dat 'n aankoop twee keer geëis word en wat ons vir rekordhouding nodig het, en 'n rekord dat jou ou data reeds oorgedra is. Ons hou dit net so lank as wat dit vir daardie doeleindes nodig is. Boeke wat jy in die App Store of Google Play gekoop het, kan jy op 'n nuwe rekening terugkry met "Herstel aankope" in die Winkel.

Delete your Blokaspaai account

In the app

  1. Open Blokaspaai and go to Settings (the gear icon; the app is in Afrikaans: Instellings).
  2. Tap Verwyder my rekening (delete my account).
  3. Read what will be lost and tap Ek verstaan (I understand).
  4. Type your name as it appears in Settings, and tap Verwyder (delete).

Your account and data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email us at info@blokaspaai.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include your player ID (Settings → Speler-ID). We will delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it is done. Without a player ID or a linked sign-in (Game Center, Google Play Games or a Unity account) we cannot link a guest account to you, and it holds no information that identifies you.

What is deleted

Your name, player ID and sign-in, your progress in every puzzle, your blokkies (including bought blokkies) and blokkie history, your books and your analytics data.

What we keep

A record of each purchase, which stops a purchase being claimed twice and which we need for record-keeping, and a record that your old data has already been transferred. We keep these only for as long as those purposes require. Books you bought in the App Store or Google Play can be restored on a new account with "Herstel aankope" (restore purchases) in the shop.
